In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on au238, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are an individual natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity);
2. You are at least 21 years of age;
3. You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and where your use of the platform does not violate any local, national, or international law or regulation applicable to you personally;
4. You are acting on your own behalf and for your own account, not as a nominee, agent, or representative of any third party;
5. You have not previously been excluded from au238 or had an account closed by au238 for breach of these Terms;
6. You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
7. You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of au238 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers;
8. You are of sound mind and are capable of taking responsibility for your own actions and financial decisions.

au238 reserves the right to decline registration or to close any account at any time if, in au238's sole judgment, the eligibility criteria above are not or cease to be satisfied. Any winnings accrued in an ineligible account may be voided and withheld.

Each eligible person may register one account only on au238. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, au238 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or historical bonuses, and withhold any balances derived from bonus play.

3.1 Registration Information

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document;
• A valid email address to which you have sole and exclusive access;
• Your date of birth;
• Your Indonesian mobile telephone number;
• A secure password of your own choosing.

You agree to promptly update your registration information should any of the above change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity that occurs on au238 under your account credentials — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. You must notify au238 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. au238 will never contact you to request your password.

3.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your au238 account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding bonus wagering obligations apply to the remaining balance.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

Processing delays attributable to banking infrastructure, public holidays, or technical maintenance are outside au238's control, but au238 support is available 24/7 to assist in resolving any delayed deposit.

Withdrawal requests are processed exclusively to payment methods registered in the same legal name as the au238 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification as described in Section 4.
